I received fast service. The guy who came out to help me was very kind and considerate. I’ve never had to call a tow truck before. If ever I need one I would call Jim’s towing again. Thank you for the great service.
I unfortunately had to have my car towed. That’s never a fun time. However Big Jim’s was super professional and polite and the care the driver used to get my car on the flat bed should be used as a standard for all towing companies. If I ever have to get my car towed again or know of anybody who does. I will be recommending Big Jim’s! Big Jim’s.. keep doing what your doing. I wish I could remember the drivers name. But he was absolutely amazing! Thank you guys for taking so much care and going above and beyond!
Professional, arrived on time, courteous… Dispatcher was also professional and courteous. I rarely use a rowing service, as I pride myself in fixing my own vehicles if they break down… I also used to be a tow truck operator, and I’m critical of the details. I’d call on Big Jim’s again. Thank you!
We had an incident with Big Jim’s towing one of our cars was damaged and our shop door was damaged. He immediately took care of it. We didn’t have to wait on insurance and he was professional and kind courteous about it. He understood our situation and what we wanted to have taken care of and he took care of it I really appreciated it. It didn’t make it too much of a hassle and we’re all happy with getting stuff done so it was pretty cool.
Driver showed up ahead of time in a remote place, professional courteous, obviously very experienced. This car was lowered porsche track car, and he brought extra splints, very slowly tugged car on his spotless truck. He drove off his route to drop me off by my home. I give him a 10, and gave him a $100 cash tip.
