I was locked out of my brand new pick up. My husband accidentally left the keys in the vehicle and then locked the vehicle while it was running. It’s a 2022 Silverado Z71 3500 HD, Shane came out and was in my truck with three Minutes. He was right around the corner when he got the call so he was there within five minutes. The community of Spokane is blessed to have Shane using his powers for good.

These guys saved me! I was out near greebluff, in the middle of the farmland when my car broke down. It was already dark and I was anxious about calling a good tow company. The receptionist was kind and informative on the phone and got someone to me in less than 30minutes. Donny assisted in towing my vehicle and taking me home. I received fast service. The guy who came out to help me was very kind and considerate. I’ve never had to call a tow truck before. If ever I need one I would call Jim’s towing again. Thank you for the great service.

Big Jim’s was truly fantastic!! They were friendly, came quickly, and resolved my issue promptly! My son locked our keys in the car & from call to completion of service was 30 minutes. I absolutely recommend them wholeheartedly for your needs!

I unfortunately had to have my car towed. That’s never a fun time. However Big Jim’s was super professional and polite and the care the driver used to get my car on the flat bed should be used as a standard for all towing companies. If I ever have to get my car towed again or know of anybody who does. I will be recommending Big Jim’s! Big Jim’s.. keep doing what your doing. I wish I could remember the drivers name. But he was absolutely amazing! Thank you guys for taking so much care and going above and beyond!
