Could not say better things about accurate northwest! We were traveling all the way from North Carolina in our motorhome when we hit a deer. Parts were ordered and our camper was fixed in less than 2 days! Casey and the staff were very kind and easy to work with and worked hard to get us back on the road asap! Highly recommended! Thank you guys so much!
My hitch locking bolt on my truck oxidized into place where I couldn’t remove it. I was referred to Accurate Collision to see if perhaps they had a dent puller to pop the lock off. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had me back my truck right into a bay. Brent took a cord saw and cut the lock right off. As kind as they already were they wouldn’t allow me to pay for their service. I highly recommend this business. A plus!!
Excellent service, these people were KIND to me. I was pretty anxious when I came in, someone tried to pry my car door open and bent it. They were KIND to me. They already knew the weather stripping couldn't be replaced just from the type of car I have and its age....... that car is 23 years old, and yet he knew all about it. Brought my Subaru in without an appointment. I was having issues with my liftgate. Not only did they squeeze me in immediately, but they had it fixed and me on my way in less than 30 minutes! Highly recommend! Casey was attentive and informative.
Highly recommend this local business! If you find yourself in situation that you have get work on your vehicle from an accident or a restoration. I would not hesitate the choose them. From the customer service I received from the woman in the office Celia and the communication. To the quality of work performed only made the experience that much better.
