From the customer service I received from the woman in the office Celia and the communication. To the quality of work performed only made the experience that much better.
This place is awesome. We have always taken our vehicles here when they’ve needed something done and we absolutely love their quality of work. The staff are all friendly and patient when we ask a million questions. They do an incredible job and I always leave impressed and taken care of. They have always treated our family like family. Love it there!
I needed a few scratches on my truck buffed out. Accurate Northwest said - 'No Problem - this is a quick buff and it will be free'. The buff took care of the scratch, was completed in minutes, and I really appreciate such a generous, local customer service team!
Accurate Northwest is part of the Northwest Auto Body group. This review is about the the shop in Bonner's Ferry, Idaho. My truck was struck in a grocery store parking lot in Montana. The driver admitted fault and his insurance, State Farm accepted responsibility for the damage. I want to thank and commend the folks at Accurate Northwest. Well, we had a fender bender, of course we did and it was a little more than a bender. Went right to Accurate and they couldn't have been kinder, don't worry. Worry we didn't, they assessed the car, we called the insurance of the other driver and once in the shop the repair was done in no time and it couldn't have looked more perfect. The paint was a perfect match. The lady in the shop called often to give us updates on the progress.
